You’ve all been to the Poppy Talk site, right? Please tell me you have. Because it’s an amazing foundry of design brilliance and constantly introduces new or newly-discovered artists. And well, I was recently foraging through the “Handmade” section of the PoppyTalk site, and I came across some brilliantly executed words thanks to:
which stopped me in my cyber tracks. Once I collected myself, I clicked over to Paloma’s Nest, yet another Etsy wonder, where I discovered even more brilliance. Here you go, blog reader people. You can thank me later. Or sooner. Whichever you prefer. In any case, enjoy…
Some awesome handmades I found today:
1. Maple wood pendants by ZephyrWoods
2. Pillows, lampshades, and matching accessories by Dot and Line
3. Ornaments and “snugglies” by Stelabird (*Note: my sister got me one of the owl ornaments, and I can’t deal with how cute it is)
I think I’ve already established my love for owls, both here and on my other blog. So, whenever I come across a unique interpretation of owlness, well… I pretty much become instantly obsessed. Gypsy and Twink sufficiently baited-and-hooked me. Granted, G&T’s stuff is pretty pricy but, thankfully, looking/stalking costs nothing! And they don’t just cater to owl lovers, either. They are equal animal employers.
Enjoy. But not to the point where G&T take out a restraining order on you, ‘kay?
